The veterinarian conducted a series of operations, including cleaning, warming, and feeding sheep milk powder to the kitten. Its body temperature returned to normal, and it was free from diseases.

However, as the days passed by, an unexpected twist emerged. "Five Seven" might not be just any ordinary cat but a wildcat - possibly even a national second-class protected animal called the leopard cat. This realization threw both doctors and observers into a state of confusion.

On May 8th at around 12 pm when all doubts were still lingering in his mind, he decided to reach out to Shenzhen Wildlife Rescue Center for help. After careful examination of photos and videos provided by him, they confirmed that indeed "Five Seven" is a leopard cat - one of China's many species of cats!

With this confirmation came mixed emotions for Mr. Liang - on one hand he felt relieved that his efforts had been justified; on the other hand he couldn't bear parting with this precious life again after having gone through so much together during those few days since their first encounter.

Finally on May 9th afternoon at approximately 2:00 PM when everything seemed settled down once more than ever before—thanks mainly due to professional assistance received from rescue center staffs who arrived promptly following receipt notification via phone call made earlier that morning—the little furry bundle known now only as 'Leopard Cat No#001' (or simply #001) found itself back in safe hands belonging solely towards its own kind rather than any human being anymore!
